Mirage Attars — product imagery and storefront for an attar house
Ten attars, ten worlds. We built an image system where every fragrance is photographed inside the landscape it is named after.

The challenge
Attar is bought on evocation, but online it is reduced to a small glass bottle on white. Mirage needed imagery that could carry the story of Wadi Rum, Sacred Vanilla or Purple Oud on a phone screen, and a storefront that put those images first without slowing to a crawl on Indian mobile data.
Our approach
We art-directed each fragrance as a scene — stone, ice, forest floor, citrus and berries, vanilla pods — shot with consistent lighting geometry so the range still lines up as one grid. Then we built the site around the imagery: large hero crops, a lineup shot for the range page, and compressed, correctly sized assets so pages stay quick. Copy sits beneath the image, never on top of it, which keeps every shot reusable for Instagram and marketplace listings.
The design decisions
Art direction
One scene per fragrance, drawn from the name — no generic studio backdrops.
Light
A shared key-light angle across the range so the lineup reads as a single collection.
Web
Image-first product pages, fast asset delivery, WhatsApp enquiry as the primary action.
Reuse
Every shot delivered in square, portrait and wide crops for storefront, ads and social.
Applications
Out in the world

Delivered
What went out the door
- Full-range product photography (10+ fragrances)
- Range lineup and e-commerce grid shots
- Website design and development
- Instagram and ad creative crops
- Marketplace listing imagery
Outcome
The brand now has a reusable image bank rather than a one-off shoot, and the storefront leads with the strongest asset the brand has — the photography. New fragrances slot into the same visual rules.
